Double vs Single action pistol video
There has been a lot of discussion related to the pistol involved in the Alec Baldwin shooting. This pistol was a SINGLE action (as most of the ones were in the period) thus I suspect that he had his his finger on the trigger much of the day, only actually functioning the weapon when he pulled bac the hammer manually while she was lining up the shot.
